For both the camp and the class, tuition is $50/child. 10% of the profits will be donated to the Celiac Community Foundation of Northern California. Need-based scholarships and/or financial assistance are available to cover tuition–the ingredients will still need to be purchased separately.

If you buy every ingredient, the cost will be about $150. However, we tried to choose recipes that contain common ingredients so you will likely have many of them already. For example, our recipes use GF flour, olive oil, salt, cinnamon, and eggs. If you have most of those, we estimate the additional ingredient cost will be about $60, using Instacart for the estimate. Once registered, you will receive an email with the recipe list, categorized ingredients, additional shopping resources, and a link to an instacart group cart containing all ingredients for reference.

A quick word about kitchen safety, using knives and kitchen appliances such as the stove and oven can be dangerous, so make sure your child knows how to operate them safely. Depending on your child’s abilities and needs, you may want to assist them during the cooking process or at least stay nearby.
